Workplace Relations and Safety Workshops

| Print |

Outline

Our program is specifically aimed at equipping employers with the skills and knowledge required to effectively manage common workplace issues and dilemmas.

During the program we provide managers and HR professionals with practical information and tools to assist them in dealing with what is often a complex legal minefield with significant penalties when things go wrong.

One of the program's goals is to de-mystify employment and safety related scenarios so that all participants can take away accurate knowledge (which can be immediately applied) and practical tools which can be used in the workplace.

Designed for small group learning, we aim to keep program numbers low to facilitate better interaction, effective role playing and a collaborative learning environment.

All our programs are presented by senior practitioners with a proven depth of experience both in the area of law and in training and development. These are not dry legal seminars but interactive learning experiences backed up by years of practice in the areas of workplace relations and safety.

Responsible Manager Training

| Print |

HWL Ebsworth invites your organisation to send delegates to our Australian Credit Licence (ACL) responsible manager training seminars, designed to ensure responsible managers and lawyers:

  • understand their obligations under the credit laws;
  • keep up to date with recent developments in the credit industry; and
  • have the tools to apply recent legal changes in their own business.

Why attend?

Credit licensees must ensure that their responsible managers complete at least 20 hours of continuing professional development (CPD) every year. Licensees must certify annually that they have procedures to satisfy this requirement.
